Vacancy: Sales team manager inside and outside sales
Barry Emons is looking for an executive Sales team inside and outside sales and new member of the MT. In short, you will ensure that your team can achieve the set objectives with the right commitment and job satisfaction.
As sales manager, you will participate in the MT and, in consultation with the management, draw up the sales plan and marketing plan and set the objectives for the coming year.
You lead the sales team, the purchasing department and marketing. You ensure that prices are up to date and that the assortment is appropriate for our target market. With the marketing department you ensure that sales are stimulated.
Furthermore, you will provide input for the BE academy, our internal training plan, and supervise the development of new products. You will also ensure that the internal documents surrounding our products remain in order and make improvements where necessary.
You have regular meetings with the various regions, the export and service departments as well as the planning department to gauge how things are going and where support or adjustment is needed. You will also keep an eye on the quotation and order processing. Usually you will carry out your work in Zeeland, but you will also go along with advisors to support specific questions or larger contracts.
