New, the fully circular Soof® mattress:
Soof® is not only highly durable – the mattress has a footprint approximately 70% lower than conventional mattresses – it is also anti-bacterial, anti-allergic, lightweight, strong and can be used for decubitus up to category 2. This is due to its pressure-distributing properties and boundless moisture and air permeability. In addition, Soof® is effective and easy to clean. This circular mattress can be rinsed under a jet of water and dries 300% faster than a foam mattress.

Specifications:

* The Soof® mattress has a 100% circular Breathair® core, consisting of an infinite structure of thermoplastic reinforced elastomeric threads woven together in a complex 3D structure.
* They give Soof® maximum strength and flexibility, preventing the mattress from warping or deforming. Soof® can be used as a basic mattress as well as a preventive decubitus mattress. The mattress is not susceptible to moisture, making it an important contribution to preventing scalding.
* Soof® is characterized by dispersing pressure; this innovative feature allows clients to turn and twist more easily on the mattress. Because of its stability, Soof® also increases the ease of getting in and out of bed.
* Anti-allergic; the 3D structure of Soof® is made of a series of continuous fiber pillows to which fabric fibers do not adhere, making the mattress anti-allergic.
* Soof® is 30% lighter in weight than conventional foam mattresses and weighs only 10 kg. For care staff, this means less physical strain when changing or moving Soof®.
* Naturally, the circular Soof® mattress complies with European medical device laws and regulations and is CE marked.
* Sustainable use of materials; Soof® consists of polyester elastomers. When burned or heated, toxic fumes are kept to a minimum.
The mattress is not available with beveled corners because the corners of this mattress come at the expense of stability.
