The action of Scots pine on respiratory complaints is well enough known. Scots pine gives breath. A walk through a pine forest opens the lungs, provides new oxygen. Scots pine gives new energy, not only on a physical level (e.g., after long-term illness), but also on a psychological level (burnout, stress). Scots pine boosts immunity through its stimulating effect on the adrenal cortex. In addition, it purifies the atmosphere, is antiseptic, expectorant in colds, bronchitis and pneumonia. Good for rheumatism and urinary tract infections.

Scots pine also provides relaxation for restlessness and overactivity. An excellent oil for people who have difficulty dealing with loneliness and guilt.
