Lemongrass stimulates digestion, soothes muscle and joint pain and also has a calming effect on agitation, nervousness and is anxiety-relieving. It also works for sleep problems, combats gloominess and pessimism, and energizes when overtired. Facilitates coping with stress. Attention: lemongrass is a rather aggressive oil and should therefore be used highly diluted (max 3% in a carrier) for massages and baths.
