The underlayer of Swiss Evopore HRC foam brings a new innovation in comfort. Due to the unique formula used to produce this foam, the material has excellent stability during use and will hardly lose any hardness. Various tests prove that the lying behavior of Evopore HRC remains much more constant compared to conventional HR and polyether foams. In addition, the material is completely latex-free. Basic Care mattress is made of HRC foam. HRC stands for High Resilience Climate, which is the successor to traditional HR foam. HRC is characterized by its stability during use, which retains up to 40% more than conventional foams, which are used within the healthcare market.

The Viscopore top layer is able to handle very heavy loads for long periods of time due to unique manufacturing methods. Viscopore is extremely suitable for use within the intensive care and comfort market.

The pressure-reducing properties in combination with the cube structure reduce shear fractures and make it possible to use the mattress preventively and, in many cases, also curatively in the fight against pressure sores (up to category 2). Due to its breathability and maintenance of stability, the Viscopore ensures that scalding and “the hangmate effect” are avoided. This does not compromise the user’s mobility. In addition, the material is entirely latex-free.

-7 cm Viscopore pressure-reducing foam in cube structure
