For the new daycare center of the Prinsenstichting at the Johan Wagenaarstraat in Purmerend, we designed a beautiful snoozle room. This space is specially equipped for children who need extra support and for a group of older children aged 6 to 8 for whom school is not (yet) an option.

The snooze room offers a multifaceted experience in which children can discover and relax in their own way. For example, there is a lovely warm water lying element in which they can completely relax. The soft wall mats provide a safe and comfortable environment, while the magical bubble unit with colorful balls provides wonderment and visual stimulation. This bubble unit is firmly anchored to the wall and the base is tucked away in a soft podium, blending perfectly into the room. An unbreakable mirror on the back enhances the effect of the bubbles and makes the experience even more intense.

The snooze room takes children into an enchanting underwater world created by an LED projector that conjures beautiful images on the walls. In addition, Astropan panels in the ceiling create a brilliant starry sky, creating a soothing atmosphere.

Everything in the room is easily controlled with a convenient remote control, neatly stored in a wall holder. Comfort has also been considered: the floor has a matching soft mat, so children can play safely and relaxed.
