We process every order with care. Are you not satisfied for whatever reason? Exchanges and returns are possible within a trial period of 14 days after receipt of the order; check the steps below to see what applies to your situation.
Please note that products for which you have made a color choice will be ordered specifically for you by color. Returning these items is not possible unless the product is broken, damaged or received incorrectly.

For proper handling, it is important that the return package is packaged correctly. Insufficiently packed return packages will not be processed. Therefore, always pack the product in its original packaging (unpainted and undescribed) and then place it, together with the return form, in a neat and sturdy shipping box.

Article unwanted and undamaged:
- The item will be refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Please pack the product(s) correctly. That is: in the undescribed and unpainted original product packaging and then in a sturdy and neat overpack.
- The return package will only be processed (and thus refunded) if it is unused and returned in its original packaging along with a completed return form.
- If you return your order in its entirety under the above conditions, the purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded to your account. Or an alternative product will be sent to you.
- Returns are at your own risk. You as a customer are also responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
- Any refund will usually take place within one week and no later than 10 business days after receipt of the returned product.
- The refund will use the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
Item defective/damaged or wrong item delivered:
- You must always report a defective/ damaged or incorrectly delivered item in advance, by phone or email service@barryemons.nl with an explanation and photos.
- If you choose to receive a replacement item, we will send you additional return information by email. In such a case, you will not be responsible for the return postage.
- You will then first send us the defective/wrongly delivered item with the shipping label and a fully completed return form, and upon receipt of this we will send the replacement item back to you.
- Please pack the product(s) correctly. That is: in the undescribed and unpainted original product packaging and then in a sturdy and neat overpack.
- If you opt for reimbursement of the purchase price of the defective/faulty item (instead of being sent a replacement item), the cost of returning the item is at your own expense. Therefore, this is not a service solution but a cancellation.
- We will, of course, do our utmost at all times to avoid such imperfections.
- Any refund will usually take place within one week and no later than 10 business days after receipt of the returned product.
- The refund will use the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
Instead of the return form provided by us, you can also use the model withdrawal form if necessary .
To return items, please use our return form. Please fill out the form completely and attach it to your return shipment. This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently. Do you have any questions about the form? Please feel free to contact us.
I can’t print the return form, what can I do?
Want to return a product but don’t have a printer available? No problem. Even without a printer you can of course return your product(s).
- Write your name, order number, name of the item, reason for return and your e-mail address on a sheet of paper.
- Put the paper in the box with the product you want to return.
- Follow further instructions of the return process.
When we have received the product according to the return conditions, in good order, we will refund the amount of the product to you. The refund usually takes place within one week and at the latest within 10 working days after receipt of the returned product.
The refund will use the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless you agree to a different payment method.
How can I return rented tools?
Do you no longer need our rental products? Then we will be happy to schedule a pick-up time with you. You can use the online return form to let us know when it is convenient for you. Our planners will then contact you to schedule the appointment.

Many of our (smaller) items are in stock. If your payment has been approved and you have placed your order before 12:00 noon on business days, we will ship your order (on business days) the same day. The stock indication with delivery time is mentioned with the article. If your order consists of multiple items, the delivery time is the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time indication. We at Barry Emons will process your order with the utmost care. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are custom or color specific, such as furniture, candy carts or beds. Orders that contain customized items (for example, color or print choices) cannot be canceled and there is no right of withdrawal on these items. Orders for these types of items have a payment obligation. Cancellation or revocation in the interim will result in a charge of the full retail price.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as chewing tools.
- Data carriers with digital content, such as DVDs and CDs.
Refund upon Revocation
If the contract is revoked, you will receive a refund of all payments including shipping costs from us. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the original transaction. The return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Barry Emons offers the following payment options on the website: iDEAL, pay with VISA, Mastercard, SOFORTbanking (Germany) and Mister Cash/Bancontact (for Belgium). Data entry and payment is made in our webshop via a secure SSL connection.
iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay directly when placing your order. Once you have paid, you will immediately receive confirmation of your payment and the ordered items will be shipped (according to the delivery time mentioned with the item). If you use online banking at Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING, SNS Bank, Regio Bank, ASN Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab, Friesland Bank and Triodos Bank, you can pay via iDEAL. Payment with iDEAL works as follows: You place the desired item(s) in the shopping cart and then click on checkout. At the payment method you can select iDEAL and your bank. Once you have entered these details, continue and click on confirm order. You will then be redirected to your own online banking environment. On this page you can fill in the remaining details and complete the payment. You will then be redirected back to the confirmation page on barryemons.co.uk and you will receive an email with the details of your order.
All iDEAL payments are processed for us by Pay.nl which handles the payment in a secure environment.
Pay with Credit Card
You can pay with Master Card and Visa Card. All credit card payments are processed for us by Pay.nl which handles the payment in a secure environment.
SOFORTbanking
With SOFORTbanking you pay via your own banking environment. The steps you go through are similar to the phases of an iDEAL payment. The payment is processed directly through your bank.
MisterCash/Bancontact
As a Belgian customer you can pay with MisterCash/Bancontact directly when placing your order. Once you have paid, you will immediately receive confirmation of the payment and the items will be sent (according to the delivery time mentioned with the item). Payment with MisterCash/Bancontact works as follows: You place the desired item(s) in the shopping cart and then click on checkout. Under the payment method you can select MisterCash/Bancontact. After clicking on confirm you will be redirected to the MisterCash/Bancontact environment. On this page you can enter the remaining details and complete the payment. You will then be directed back to the confirmation page on barryemons.co.uk and you will then receive an email with the details of the order.
All Mistercash/Bancontact payments are processed for us by Pay.nl which handles the payment in a secure environment.
On account

We at Barry Emons stand behind our products 100%. Our range is made up of hundreds of products, including those developed and manufactured by ourselves. But they have one thing in common: the main selection criterion is excellent value for money.
Despite strict selection for quality, defects or complaints are inevitable. We are certainly aware of this. That is why (unless otherwise stated) we offer you a full warranty on your purchase. On our products we provide 1 year full warranty after invoice date (for exclusions see below).
But even beyond that, our team will do everything in its power to resolve any defects to your complete satisfaction. Of course within reason of the expected lifespan of a product.
Exclusions
Warranty does not apply to:
- (a) wear, corrosion, discoloration and aging resulting from normal use and storage
- (b) damage resulting from improper and/or injudicious maintenance
- (c) damage caused to the product by external causes such as fire, water, vapor, liquid, ice, misapplication, dropping, neglect, misuse (including, but not limited to, use contrary to our instructions) or abuse.
What to do in case of complaints? Send an e-mail to info@barryemons.nl, quoting your order number, clearly describing the complaint. Also include pictures to clarify the complaint for us and possibly the manufacturer/importer. You can also send the photos via WhatsApp to 0486-452626. We usually respond within 1-2 business days with a solution.

Our service department is here for you if you need a repair for a Barry Emons product. For example, do you have a defect on a water lounger, bed, beanbag, or bubble unit? Then you can count on our experienced technicians. Just fill out the service form to quickly identify the problem so we can expertly repair the product. Always consult the warranty period before calling on our service.
If shipped by PostNL, the package (provided the items are in stock) will be turned over to PostNL within a few business days. Also on Saturdays, our items will be delivered to you by PostNL.
When you have completed your order in the webshop, you will receive an email confirming the order. We will then ensure that your order is packed with care for safe transportation.
Please note that in the Netherlands and large parts of Belgium mail is delivered on Saturdays. Especially in certain parts of Belgium this differs. Do you normally never receive mail on Saturdays? Then unfortunately this will also apply to your parcel from Barry Emons. Also note the following: do you order during the weekend? Then you will receive your order on Tuesday (if in stock and shipping method PostNL).
Barry Emons has different shipping rates depending on the size and weight of the item and the quantity ordered. Shipping rates packages from €4.45 (€5.39 incl. VAT) and pallets from €90.10 (€109 incl. VAT).
In-house delivery and assembly as well as assembly and transportation (water) beds are performed by our own consultants/assemblers. Items to which this shipping rate is linked are items that require expert placement and installation. Therefore, we prefer to do this ourselves with our own trained people. Other items do not require installation or you can easily do this yourself, these are 95% delivered by PostNL. It is also possible that for larger items we choose to have them delivered by Kusters Transport Services. These include, for example, furniture and bicycles.
How annoying that your package has not yet been delivered. Please check in your order confirmation whether you have chosen the correct delivery address. Is that the case?
- Did you receive a PostNL track & trace (you will receive on the day of shipment) through the mail?
Then you can check online where the package is in the delivery process. Also check your spam box. - Didn’t receive a PostNL track & trace?
Then the package probably hasn’t been shipped yet. - In all other cases, please contact us and have your order number handy.
Barry Emons offers installation and assembly services for a variety of items, including water bed elements, bubble units, sound modules, blacklight aquariums, LED lighting, depth tunnels and the magic sphere. Some products in our range are only available with installation. The prices in the catalog and on the website do not include delivery and installation costs. Request a free quote for a complete overview.
How annoying that the product you received is damaged or incomplete. We would like to solve this for you. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the items, otherwise we can no longer process the report. Please indicate clearly what is damaged and if there were any defects in the box.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package from the parcel point on time?
If an order has been delivered to a package point but is not picked up on time, it will automatically be returned to Barry Emons. The cost of reshipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us to arrange a new shipment and pay the associated shipping costs.
