Vacancy: Clerk back office/receptionist

Our Back Office Receptionist is retiring, therefore we are looking for a new colleague for this position.

In a nutshell, you pick up all practical tasks to support the business. Think of answering the phone, answering general mail, helping customers with questions in the showroom, and supporting the inside sales staff in making (webshop) orders.

But also scheduling showroom visits, (in company) training sessions, arranging and preparing any lunches and refreshments and preparations for trade shows and conferences.

In addition, you also make sure that company clothing is ordered and issued, that presents are ready on special occasions, and that all office supplies and supplies for the canteen remain replenished.
